I am a professional baker with more than 15 years of experience. I have a bakery at the 15th arrondissement in Paris, specialising in classic French bread and pastry, however I am always on the lookout for new ideas and work methods.
I am a member of the French Bakery Chamber Commerce, and have recently come in 4th position out of 167 candidates in the Grand Concours de la Baguette de Tradition organized by the City of Paris and the Chamber of Commerce.
Being of German origins myself, and after having worked before in a German-Austrian Bakery, I wish to specialize in German baking and in bread baking in particular.
I am looking for a good baker (English/French speaker) that will be willing to receive me for 2-3 day’s work and share with me his work methods and know-how.
I would like to point out that all related expenses will be entirely on my charge. I will of course be very pleased to share my professional knowledge with a fellow baker, either in Germany or in Paris.
